Henry W. Crook thanks Frank Harper for the previous letter, and confirms that they have arranged for Theodore Roosevelt’s train to pause for five minutes in Bessemer, Alabama. In spite of Roosevelt’s train passing through at 10 PM, Crook expects that there will be a large crowd to see him.
