Letter from Thomas Henry Barry to William W. Wotherspoon

General Barry, Superintendent of the United States Military Academy, tells General Wotherspoon that shortly after Wotherspoon left, Theodore Roosevelt visited, and was very interested in Wotherspoon’s upcoming trip to Germany. He asks that Wotherspoon tell Roosevelt some of the details of the trip, and additionally send him a report on airplanes, as Roosevelt expressed some interest in their military uses.
