Letter from Secretary of Theodore Roosevelt to Charles Rufus Skinner

Theodore Roosevelt’s secretary informs Charles Rufus Skinner that, as Roosevelt is so busy with work, it is only possible for him to see a small number of the many people who request appointments with him. Skinner is advised to write a letter stating the reasons for his desire to meet with Roosevelt. Once such a letter is received, it may then be possible to arrange an appointment.
