Letter from Secretary of Theodore Roosevelt to W. T. Middleton
Theodore Roosevelt’s secretary informs W. T. Middleton that he cannot forward his letter to Roosevelt because he will have left on his journey down the Nile in Africa before any letter can reach him. However, he notes that Roosevelt has refused hundreds of requests similar to Middleton’s.
