Letter from Theodore Roosevelt to Sylvester Malone
Assistant Secretary of the Navy Roosevelt will always answer Sylvester Malone’s appeals. He has inquired if Alfred Bernstein can be detailed to the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Roosevelt also contacted the Marine Corps and arranged to send Bernstein to school.
