Letter from Theodore Roosevelt to R. H. Langford
Vice President Roosevelt requests that R. H. Langford have Senator Millard or the man in charge of his candidacy write to Roosevelt on Langford’s behalf. Roosevelt does not want to interfere to recommend Langford for a position without such a request from Langford’s “local people.”
