Fairley, Chairman of the Republican State Central Committee, he cannot publish the letter endorsing Phillip Battell Stewart as a gubernatorial candidate of Colorado. However, to achieve the same effect, Roosevelt suggests Stewart find quotations from previous letters to him that illustrate Roosevelt’s trust.
