Mayor Low accepts the invitation to attend the yacht launching, probably the christening of Emperor William II’s yacht. He was happy to hear about Ted Roosevelt’s recovery. There have been a few etiquette issues with the visiting German delegation but Low has accepted responsibility for the mishaps. Douglas Robinson and Corinne Roosevelt Robinson have been invited to Low’s dinner with Prince Heinrich of Prussia.
