Frederic Harrison appreciates Theodore Roosevelt’s letter and is grateful to have a volume of his speeches. He enjoyed a pleasant summer with his family. Harrison and Roosevelt’s “friends in Europe,” are watching Roosevelt’s career. He thanks Roosevelt for The Outlook and offers to write an article on Britain.
