Governor Hadley regrets to hear that Theodore Roosevelt will not be attending the Rough Riders reunion but will hold him to his promise to visit Jefferson City, Missouri when he travels west. He has suggested to Governor Willson that they visit Oyster Bay, New York together on September 16.
