Collector Loeb reintroduces Theodore Roosevelt to newspaper correspondent Herbert Corey. He wants to interview Roosevelt about the effort that he, Loeb, and District Attorney Henry A. Wise are collaborating on to induce United States Judges to inflict prison sentences on violators of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act and revenue laws as an effective method to stop violators.
