Booker T. Washington has decided to follow Theodore Roosevelt’s advice regarding Henry Albert Ulrich, a man who had assaulted Washington. He believes that Roosevelt will be sympathetic to the “sensational newspaper misrepresentations” accompanying Ulrich’s prosecution.
