George W. Ingalls and members of the Boys Anti Cigarette League took pleasure in presenting a souvenir to Theodore Roosevelt. However, due to miscommunication, not everyone was there. Therefore, Ingalls requests Roosevelt write to the club to inspire the members’ continued reform work.
