Huelin C. O’Neill, editor of the Denver Times, regretfully acknowledges receipt of Theodore Roosevelt’s letter explaining that he cannot visit Denver to speak on his platform of New Nationalism at this time. O’Neill feels that New Nationalism is “a political prophecy, rather than a political doctrine.”
