W. G. Black has been unable to call Theodore Roosevelt at his office and will leave another letter for him. He supposes Roosevelt needs the copy of the Prospectus on “Official New York,” which he previously left at Roosevelt’s office. Black asks Roosevelt to sign and return the list if he finds it favorable. He had an assortment of scientific objects for Roosevelt, but Frank Harper declined to receive them.
