W. J. Stock forwards the contents of a telegram to Minnesota Governor Johnson, in which Teofilo Petriella accuses Sheriff William B. Hoolihan of turning union members and their families out of their homes. Stock maintains that this allegation is false, and invites Johnson to investigate the matter in person.
