Representative Longworth notifies President Roosevelt that Arthur I. Vorys and Charles Phelps Taft asked him to endorse George C. Dunham for the Toledo collectorship. Longworth knows Dunham well and recommends him. He is going tomorrow to the Republican conference in Columbus, Ohio, and will write to Roosevelt afterwards.
