Henry E. Seelye regrets that President Roosevelt dignified William Henry Jackson’s (Honore Jaxon) protest with a public letter. Jackson is using the notoriety to proclaim himself a leader in the labor movement, and Seelye does not want Roosevelt to pay any further attention to Jackson.
