Nicholas Longworth reports to President Roosevelt that he has concluded that U.S. Marshal Vivian J. Fagin of Ohio should be removed from office. Fagin has been making himself a nuisance, is in violation of the law, and claims to be acting as Roosevelt’s personal representative.
