Deputy Consul General to Mexico City Eberhardt has sent William Loeb a capa for President Roosevelt and has forwarded a bill for it. Eberhardt also mentions the consulate at Nogales, Mexico, which he turned down and asks Loeb to thank President Roosevelt for his involvement in making the appointment.
