Ovide Robillard informs President Roosevelt that Professor Jean Izoulet did not contact Putnam & Co. Publishers as Roosevelt requested. Another author is working on a translation of American Ideals for that publisher. Robillard says Izoulet’s edition of the work could also be brought on the market if Roosevelt agrees.
