Thomas Henry Carter notifies President Roosevelt that the President of Northern Pacific Railway, Howard Elliott, will meet with Roosevelt in Washington. Carter encouraged Elliott to work closely with T. E. Byrnes and Harry W. Child and to maintain good relations with Roosevelt’s administration.
