Commissioner Foulke reports on a conversation he had with Senator Beveridge regarding Senator Fairbanks’s plans “for fixing the Indiana organization” against President Roosevelt. Beveridge was not interested in Foulke’s plan to resign in order to work for the presidential campaign.
