Thomas H. Cavanaugh has heard reports of a plan in the western states to break state delegations to the national convention against President Roosevelt. He believes the plan to be associated with the “Rockefeller-Morgan interests.” Roosevelt’s friends are aware of the danger and will work to oppose this effort.
