Two former presidents dominate this issue: President George Bush and Theodore Roosevelt Association (TRA) President P. James Roosevelt. Including the front cover, Bush’s picture appears ten times in the issue, highlighting his winning the Theodore Roosevelt Distinguished Service Medal, an award also conferred upon his wife, Barbara Bush.
