Panama and the Netherlands are at the forefront of this issue of the Theodore Roosevelt Association Journal. President Theodore Roosevelt’s inspection trip to Panama in November 1906 is featured on the front cover, and the issue has seven quotations from Roosevelt on his role in securing the construction of the Panama Canal.
