The Phoenix, Arizona, Lodge of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks resolves that Frank H. DeSouza, its representative at the national meeting of the organization, should raise the issue of the starving population of elks in Yellowstone National park and take whatever steps may be necessary to help preserve the population living there.
