William J. Youngs forwards a message he received at Albany, New York, to Theodore Roosevelt at his home in Oyster Bay. F. V. Greene telegraphed that Robert C. Morris has been selected as Greene’s successor as president of the County Committee. Greene will explain to Roosevelt soon why this choice is particularly satisfactory.
