Uncle Sam welcomes several heads of state labeled “Pan-Slavism, Nihilism, Socialism, Pauperism, Communism [represented by Marianne], Fenianism, Mormonism [wearing a fez], [and] Spain” to a swim at Coney Island. They have emerged from bathhouses labeled “Austria, Russia, Germany, Italy, France, [and] England” and stand in the water.
