Theodore Roosevelt points out that the Socialist papers are the central papers backing the Non-Partisan League. Roosevelt has been dealing with the Non-Partisan League based on the people he trusts in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Roosevelt believes the League is misleading farmers.
