Frank Harper acknowledges receipt of Arthur Dehon Hill’s letter as Theodore Roosevelt is on a campaign trip. Harper is favorable to Hill’s idea of bringing in a prominent Catholic speaker from outside the state. He suggests contacting Controller Prendergast or Mr. Cochran.
