Theodore Roosevelt informs Timothy L. Woodruff that he does not oppose his nephew, Theodore Douglas Robinson, going up for chairman of the New York State Progressive Party Committee. However, because he is his nephew, Roosevelt feels he cannot support him for the position as he could other candidates.
