Theodore Roosevelt will send Madeleine Z. Doty’s letter to Dr. Alexander Lambert about taking the bullet out. Doty is now in charge of the Legislative Bureau for Women and Children. When Doty is out of the hospital, Roosevelt will have lunch with her to talk things over.
