President Roosevelt had lunch with his son Ted Roosevelt’s boss, Robert P. Perkins. Roosevelt tells Ted that his boss is very happy with the work he is doing. Kermit Roosevelt is doing well at Harvard, and Roosevelt hopes that he will go back to Harvard after taking a year off to travel in Africa with him.
