President Roosevelt congratulates Archibald Gracie on the work he is doing. He is fond of General Stephen D. Lee and General Simon Bolivar Buckner, and will look up the matter of General Marcus Wright. Roosevelt encloses a letter to the State Department that Gracie requested.
