During his African hunting trip, President Roosevelt plans to go to Mombasa, and after hunting in British East Africa may want to go into German East Africa. He asks if it is proper for Baron von Sternburg to speak to the authorities and perhaps give him “the customary privileges that are shown to people who behave themselves.”
