Letter from Theodore Roosevelt to John Heyl Vincent

President Roosevelt tells Bishop John Heyl Vincent, Chancellor of the Chautauqua Institution, that he has invited the Governors of the United States, as well as many other prominent Americans, to come to Washington, D.C., for a conference on the conservation of natural resources. He asks for the cooperation of the the Chautauqua Institution in bringing the matter of conservation before the public, and invites Vincent to attend and take part in the conference.
