After speaking with Commissioner of Indian Affairs Francis E. Leupp, President Roosevelt informs Daniel Sylvester Tuttle that Doctor Aaron Baker Clark is misinformed about the management of a trust fund on the Rosebud Indian Reservation. In fact, Roosevelt says that Clark has the facts inverted. One-sixth of the Indians are able to control the use of one-sixth of the funds.
