William Loeb informs Lewis K. Brown that he cannot comply with his request for an invitation to the White House reception of February 8, as the number of military officers in Washington, D.C., to will be invited will already fill the White House. He is pleased, however, to put Brown’s name, along with his wife, Catherine Brown, on the list of those to be invited to the reception of February 1.
