President Roosevelt tells Alexander Lambert that he put the sentence backing the pure food and drug bill in the report. He also wrote Lambert yesterday about Ted’s moose head and horns, and now asks if he could send Roosevelt’s rifle to “the Winchester people” and tell them to put in a new barrel.
