On behalf of “Miss Roosevelt,” Isabella Hagner returns the gift Finley W. Munson sent Roosevelt. Hagner explains that Roosevelt appreciated the thought, but is unable to accept the gift because it is impossible for her to accept all of the gifts constantly sent to her.
