William Loeb explains to John D. Morris & Co. that President Roosevelt has received nine out of ten volumes in a set of books on Irish literature that he ordered. He explains that an explanation of delay for the tenth was not initially received, but Loeb regardless encloses a check that pays Roosevelt’s account in full.
