Evans’ Inter-Departmental Board report, Roosevelt would like to hear the Board’s thoughts on the Marconi matter, presumably referring to an issue between the Marconi Company and the installation of their equipment on the Nantucket Shoals Lightship belonging to the U.S. Navy.
