President Roosevelt wishes that he could have been in Washington to say goodbye to Ambassador von Holleben in person. He fondly remembers when they both went to Harvard, where Roosevelt celebrated his class reunion and Holleben received an honorary degree. If Holleben will ever be in the United States again, Roosevelt hopes to host him at his house.
