The lead article is “Review and Outlook: Prices and Publicity” and the thesis is that policies forcing corporations to be open and aboveboard about their inner dealings did not cause the fall in prices in the security market, and that those who say otherwise are enemies of President Roosevelt. The second article is about the rights of common stock holders. The third is about the Merchant Marines, and the fourth is about U.S. Steel. There are also articles on the bond market, and various commodities and their markets, and guides to values of railroad shares.
