Letter from William L. Swan to Theodore Roosevelt
William L. Swan gladly accepts Theodore Roosevelt’s invitation to lunch. He looks forward to meeting Pearsall, the New York state secretary of the Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA). The YWCA and Young Women’s Christian Association (YMCA) movement has long interested Swan, and he is happy to do anything to further the good cause.
