Letter from William P. Spalding to Theodore Roosevelt
William P. Spalding has followed Theodore Roosevelt since 1885 and met him several times. He predicted early on that Roosevelt would do great things. Spalding considers him a good, sincere man and is grateful he has not had to change his opinion of Roosevelt.
