However, he is concerned about having to give up his own business on Wall Street in order to take up the position and suggests that Robert Bacon may be a suitable person for the post. Sheldon has telegraphed Senator Thomas Collier Platt, suggesting that Platt agree to the appointment of Charles Chandler Holt as the new district judge.
