Sheldon enjoyed Roosevelt’s reply to Abbot Handerson Thayer, who Sheldon believes is hopeless for needing perfect weather conditions to successfully perform experiments. Sheldon asks if Roosevelt has read The Making of Species and believes Roosevelt will want to send his monograph to the authors, Frank Finn and Douglas Dewar.
