Letter from LeRoy Percy to Theodore Roosevelt
Senator Percy did not understand Theodore Roosevelt’s “laughing remark” the other day. Upon reflection, he thinks it was probably related to Roosevelt’s speech in Jackson, Mississippi, and the ongoing political campaign. Percy comments on his relationship with Roosevelt. He invites him to go duck hunting with him and J. M. Dickson.
